Elbatrawy has always been passionate about helping people find their dream homes, and the Egyptian-American CEO of Platform Leaders LLC and licensed partner of Engel & Völkers Orlando, has certainly made a name for himself in the real estate industry.
His real estate journey has also led him down interesting paths, like founding Arteek Supply and Design in 2015 after finding that none of the stores in Orlando carried his preferred brand of toilet.
Elbatrawy combined his entrepreneurial experience with his expertise in real estate to create Arteek Supply and Design. The store has become the top-of-mind choice for big-name brands for homes because of its hard-to-find products and brands, and to-notch customer service.
“Customers come and spend an hour or two in our stores even if they’re not buying anything. They want to get an idea, look at the product, feel it, touch it, and ask questions. We treat our customers luxuriously, and we do a lot of events and parties. We are trying to make the shopping experience different,” Elbatrawy says.
Known for his kinetic negotiation skills and emphasis on relationships, Elbatrawy has also been successful in listing and selling high-end celebrity homes. The joint efforts of Engel & Völkers Beverly Hills and Engel & Völkers Orlando resulted in the co-listing of a Beverly Hills mansion owned by Saudi billionaire businessman Sheikh Saleh Abdullah Kamel. The asking price of the property was $28,000,000.
Elbatrawy has also sold the homes of several well-known Arab celebrities, including Egyptian film actor Hany Ramzy.
