Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy and FAQs

You accept these terms by purchasing a Publisher Access membership, commissioning a placement or story pack, accepting a retainer program, buying an add-on, accepting a proposal or quote, or clicking to agree where that option is shown in our payment flow. They also apply to your use of www.badenbower.com.

Where you sign a separate written agreement or accept a proposal with terms that differ from this page, the signed agreement or proposal prevails on the point of difference. Everything else on this page still applies.

Baden Bower sells four things. They can be bought on their own or together, and they are priced separately.

• Publisher Access membership. A monthly membership that gives you buying rights across our full placement catalogue at member prices, together with the agency service around every placement. The membership fee does not include any placements.
• One-off placements and story packs. Individual published features, press releases or television segments, or a fixed pack of stories, bought without a membership at the price in your proposal.
• Retainer programs. A program, under whatever name your proposal gives it, with a fixed allocation of guaranteed deliverables plus a program of earned-media agency services, at a recurring program fee.
• Add-ons. Extra services such as national television, traditional PR and journalist engagement, and the AI visibility audit, each priced separately.

Whatever you buy, every placement and every guaranteed deliverable is bought from the same catalogue, is named in full with its edition before you commit, and carries the money-back guarantee. Membership fees, retainer program fees and earned-media services are not covered by the guarantee.

We accept credit card and direct debit, processed by our payment provider (currently Stripe), electronic funds transfer where we offer it, and USDT by prior arrangement. Fees are charged in US dollars unless your proposal states another currency. AUD, CAD, GBP and EUR are available on request.

All prices exclude taxes, duties and government charges, which are your responsibility. If a payment is declined, returned or reversed, you remain liable for the amount due and for any bank fees that result. Review Rumble Ltd may vary its fees at any time for new purchases; fees for a term or placement already paid for are not changed.

• Published articles stay live on the publication's website for a minimum of 6 months.
• Our publications appear in the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. The exact publication and edition is named in your proposal before you commit.
• Each story is unique and written differently for each publication to avoid duplicate content, unless we agree otherwise with you in writing.
• You approve every story before it is published.

Publisher Access is offered on three terms. Every term gives the same catalogue, the same member pricing and the same service. The only difference is how long you commit and what the membership costs each month.

Current membership fees are published at badenbower.com/pricing. The fee shown on your proposal or at checkout at the time you join is the fee that applies to your term. Any promotional membership rate is written into your proposal and applies only for the period stated there.

The membership fee is not a placement fee. It buys access and service. Each placement is billed separately at its fixed catalogue price when you commission it. Membership fees are non-refundable and are not covered by the money-back guarantee.

For as long as your membership runs, the fee covers:

• Buying rights across the full placement catalogue at member prices.
• PR strategy: positioning, story angles and which outlets to commission next.
• Story writing and editing on every placement you commission, on the basis set out under The writing process below.
• Publisher query handling from submission until your story is live.
• Television and interview coordination where you commission a television segment or interview.

These are professional services delivered on a best-efforts basis. Outcomes such as leads, sales, rankings, traffic or AI citations are not guaranteed and are not covered by the money-back guarantee. The membership does not oblige you to commission any minimum number of placements.

When a 3-month or 12-month term ends, your membership does not lapse and does not lock you into another fixed term. It continues month to month at the monthly rate you were paying during your term, until you cancel or choose a new term. We will remind you before your term ends.

We may adjust the monthly rate of a membership that has passed its fixed term, or of a month-to-month membership, with 30 days' written notice. If you do not accept the new rate you may cancel with effect from the end of your current paid month, and the old rate applies until then. Membership fees on a 3-month or 12-month term are locked for the full term.

Cancel at any time by completing the cancellation form or emailing sales@badenbower.com before your next billing date.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. No further membership fees are charged after that date.
• The current month's fee is not refunded. You keep member pricing and service until the end of that month.
• Any placement you have already commissioned and paid for, including one-off purchases, is delivered under the money-back guarantee, whether or not your membership or program is still active when it runs.
• Once the paid month ends, neither party has further obligations to the other, except for placements already commissioned.

The 3-month and 12-month rates are discounted in exchange for the commitment. If you cancel before the end of your term:

1. The remaining membership fees to the end of the minimum term stay payable on their normal monthly billing dates.
2. Your membership, member pricing and service continue until the end of the term. You are free to commission placements for the whole period you have paid for.
3. Your membership then ends on the last day of the term and does not continue month to month.

Nothing further is owed by either party once the term ends and every commissioned placement has been delivered or refunded. If you stop paying the remaining membership fees, that is a breach of these terms and we may suspend member pricing and service for the balance of the term.

On a 3-month or 12-month membership term, or on a retainer program, you can pause once per 12-month term for up to 8 weeks at no charge. Billing stops for the pause, your term is extended by the same number of days, and any placement already in production continues as normal. Complete this form to pause. A month-to-month membership does not need a pause: cancel and rejoin when you are ready, at the rate published at that time.

If you commission a single placement, several placements, or a story pack (a fixed number of stories bought together) at the prices set out in your proposal or quote. Non-member prices may be higher than Publisher Access member prices, and your proposal shows the exact publication, edition, format and price for every line before you commit.

• One-off purchases are paid in full when you commission them, before drafting begins, unless your proposal says otherwise.
• Each placement in a one-off purchase carries the money-back guarantee on the same basis as a member placement.
• A story pack is a fixed allocation with a contract period of 12 months from purchase unless your proposal says otherwise. We may deliver the stories in a pack at any time up to the end of that period. Stories you have not put into production by then expire (see Unused placements below). Stories in a pack are not exchangeable for a refund once purchased; any story we have failed to publish by the end of the contract period is refunded under the money-back guarantee.
• Every other term on this page applies to one-off purchases, including the writing process, the article guidelines, substitution and the refund policy.

A retainer program is any engagement your proposal describes as a retainer, program, package or plan, under whatever name, that combines a fixed allocation of guaranteed deliverables with an ongoing program of agency services for a recurring program fee. Programs are scoped individually. The name of your program, its fee, allocation, service program, term and delivery schedule are set out in your proposal, and the proposal governs on any point this page does not cover. Unless your proposal states otherwise, a retainer program is a 12-month engagement.

Guaranteed deliverables. These are the contracted items in your program: published features (full articles about your brand), national television appearances, podcast placements and industry award submissions. Each is drawn from the catalogue and named in full with its edition in your publication plan, which schedules delivery across your term. We may deliver any guaranteed deliverable at any time up to the end of your contract period. The catalogue, editions, substitution and money-back guarantee terms on this page apply to every guaranteed deliverable. You can select each publication once per program term unless your plan says otherwise.

Earned-media services. These are the agency services in your program, which may include original research, LinkedIn ghostwriting, AI and SEO optimisation, AI citation tracking and reporting, journalist outreach, reactive commentary and PR strategy sessions. They are professional services delivered on a best-efforts basis. They are not guaranteed deliverables, and outcomes such as organic pickup, rankings or AI citations are not guaranteed and are not covered by the money-back guarantee.

Feature mix and publication plan. Your features are a mix of authored editorial and press-release style stories. The mix is indicative and is agreed in your publication plan, which we send after payment and you approve before drafting begins. We plan deliverables across your term and deliver them in the order that fits publication turnaround, so a given month may run above or below the average.

Additional placements. Retainer clients may commission placements beyond their allocation at catalogue member prices for the duration of the program, and add-ons at the published price.

Billing. You can pay your program fee in one of three ways, as chosen in your proposal:

• Monthly. Billed each month. You may cancel before your next monthly charge.
• Quarterly. Billed each quarter at a 5% saving against monthly billing. You may cancel before your next quarterly charge.
• Annual. Billed once for the 12-month term at a 10% saving against monthly billing, with the onboarding fee of US$1,000 waived. You may cancel your renewal before your next annual charge.

Unless your proposal states otherwise, your program renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and where your proposal specifies a minimum term, fees to the end of that term remain payable. We may adjust program fees for a renewal with 30 days' written notice; fees for a period already paid are not changed.

1. Notice. Cancel using the cancellation form or by emailing sales@badenbower.com before your next billing date. We cancel your billing arrangement immediately.
2. What happens when you cancel. All work stops at the end of your current paid period: the end of your paid month on monthly billing, the end of your paid quarter on quarterly billing, or the end of your paid term on annual billing. Guaranteed deliverables falling after that date are not delivered.
3. Deliverables in the paid period. Deliverables already paid for within your current period are honoured pro-rata. If you cancel within your first 3 months, we select the outlets from your publication plan with the fastest turnaround so your remaining deliverables conclude as quickly as possible.
4. Minimum terms. Where your proposal specifies a minimum commitment, fees to the end of that minimum term remain payable, and your program, allocation and service continue until the end of it.
5. After cancellation. Subject to this policy and any minimum term, the parties have no further obligations to each other once the paid period ends and every deliverable due within it has been delivered or refunded.

Every publication in the catalogue has a fixed member price, starting from US$495. You see the exact publication, the exact edition, the format (authored feature, press release or television segment) and the exact price before you commit, and your proposal or order confirmation lists each placement line by line.

• The price of a placement is fixed at the moment you commission it. Later changes to the catalogue do not affect placements already commissioned.
• Catalogue prices and availability change from time to time as publishers change their terms. We can adjust the catalogue without notice, but never a placement you have already commissioned.
• Each placement is billed when you commission it, either at checkout or on invoice as set out in your proposal, and is paid before drafting begins unless your proposal says otherwise.
• You can select each publication once per campaign unless you commission a second placement there.
• Some outlets sit at substantially higher prices because the publisher imposes higher editorial or syndication charges. Those prices are shown in the catalogue like any other and are not included in any membership fee.

Some placements run in regional or international editions of the major mastheads, for example Forbes Asia Pacific, Forbes Mena, Vanity Fair Germany, Variety Sweden, Vogue Sweden and Fast Company Philippines. Each edition is a separate catalogue listing with its own price, and the exact edition is named in your proposal before you commit. All articles are published in English unless your proposal states otherwise.

Most of our fashion titles are published through international editions that rank strongly in the US. Some placements are on a .com domain; others are on a country-specific domain or subdomain. If the domain, subdomain or edition matters to you, ask before you commission. Once your story is published, no refund or replacement is issued on the basis of the edition, domain, subdomain, or the country of origin of the contributor, provided the edition matched your proposal or a substitution we notified you of (see If a publication becomes unavailable).

Availability shifts month to month. If a publication becomes unavailable, or changes its policy so that your story can no longer run there as commissioned, we reserve the right to substitute an alternative publication of equivalent standing. We notify you of the substitute before your story runs. If no alternative of equivalent standing is available, the money-back guarantee applies to that placement at the end of your contract period.

Each catalogue listing shows an indicative turnaround in business days from the date you approve the final draft. Some publications publish within days; others have turnaround times that vary with demand, and a small number can take up to 3 months. Turnaround times and the schedule in your publication plan are planning estimates. What we guarantee is publication by the end of your contract period (see Money-back guarantee): 120 days from commissioning for a single placement, and the end of the term for a story pack or retainer program.

Delivery windows start when you approve the final draft, not when you pay. The faster you answer our questionnaire and respond to drafts, the faster your story runs.

Add-ons are priced separately and you pay only for those you choose. Current add-on prices are published at badenbower.com/pricing and the price on your proposal at the time you buy is the price that applies.

Earned-media add-ons are professional services delivered on a best-efforts basis. Fees for services already performed are not refunded.

• Once a story is published, you have a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to display that publication's logo as "As Featured In" or equivalent social proof on your website, social profiles, email signature, LinkedIn and marketing collateral.
• The licence lasts as long as the published story stays live. If the publication removes the story, you must stop using the logo within 30 days of our notice.
• Do not alter, modify or distort a publication logo. Use it in the form provided or as it appears on the publication's own website.
• Where your story ran in a regional or international edition, describe it accurately if you describe it at all. We recommend linking the logo to the published article.

We guarantee publication. We do not guarantee search engine rankings, website traffic, leads, sales, social engagement or how often AI systems such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini or Grok cite you. These depend on third-party algorithms and factors outside our control, and are not covered by the money-back guarantee.

Where you intend to use published coverage in support of an application, submission or assessment by any third party, including a government authority, regulator, institution, platform or awarding body, we make no representation about how that third party will assess the coverage or what decision it will reach. Our guarantee extends only to publication of the stories you commission. Where a particular format of coverage is unsuitable for your intended use, we tell you before you commission it.

A placement you have paid for, whether under a membership or as a one-off, must be put into production, meaning you have returned our questionnaire and we have started drafting, within one year of the date you paid for it. Story credits allocated under a story pack or a retainer program must be put into production within one year of the date of purchase or, for retainer clients, within one year of your final payment under that program, whichever is later. This is your obligation to start each story; our obligation to publish each story you have started runs to the end of the contract period.

Placements and credits not used within that period expire and are not refunded, whether you end your membership or choose not to use your remaining allocation. We send reminders and help you plan, but responsibility for using your allocation rests with you.

The guarantee applies to every placement you commission, on every term and whether you buy it under a membership, as a one-off or story pack, or as a guaranteed deliverable in a retainer program. It applies to placements and guaranteed deliverables only. It does not apply to the Publisher Access membership fee, to retainer program fees, to earned-media services or add-ons, or to outcomes such as rankings, traffic or AI citations.

We have until the end of your contract period to deliver. What we guarantee is that everything contracted is published by the end of your contract period. We plan and schedule deliverables across that period, and a deliverable is not late, and no refund arises, while the contract period is still running. The contract period is:

• Retainer program: the term stated in your proposal (12 months unless it says otherwise), plus a grace period of 60 days after the term ends to allow for outstanding editorial and scheduling.
• Story pack: 12 months from the date of purchase, or the period stated in your proposal if different, plus the same 60-day grace period.
• Single placement or several placements bought together outside a pack: 120 days from the date you commission them, or the longer period stated in your proposal. This allows for clients who ask us to hold a story for a period before it runs.

Publication schedules and turnaround times in your publication plan are planning estimates, not deadlines. Only the end of the contract period is.

How the refund is worked out. If a contracted placement or deliverable has not been published by the end of the contract period, and no alternative publication of equivalent standing has been substituted, we refund it as follows:

• Single placement: the full price you paid for that placement.
• Story pack: the pack price divided by the number of stories in the pack, multiplied by the number of stories not published.
• Retainer program: the total program fee payable for the term divided by the number of guaranteed deliverables in your allocation for that term, multiplied by the number not published.

The guarantee is assessed item by item: the placements and deliverables that ran are delivered, the ones that did not are refunded. Where none was published, the whole amount paid for placements or deliverables is refunded.

How to claim. Email sales@badenbower.com naming the placements or deliverables concerned. You can claim at any time from the end of the contract period until 60 days after it. Claims not received within that window are treated as waived. Valid refunds are processed within 30 business days of acceptance, to the payment method you used.

When the guarantee does not apply.

1. You have not returned the questionnaire, provided the information or materials we asked for, or approved a draft within a reasonable time of our request. The contract period is extended by the length of your delay.
2. You asked us to delay, pause or change the story or the schedule. The contract period is extended by the length of the delay or pause.
3. A publication declined the story because of information you withheld or could not substantiate (see Refund policy).
4. We substituted a publication of equivalent standing and your story ran there.
5. You cancelled a retainer program or membership before the end of its term. The cancellation terms above set out what is delivered and what is not after cancellation.
6. You are in breach of these terms, including non-payment.
7. Circumstances outside our reasonable control, including changes in publication policy, editorial refusals unrelated to content quality, or force majeure. In those cases we substitute a publication of equivalent standing first and refund the item at the end of the contract period if none is available.

We need your timely engagement to deliver by the agreed dates: answering the questionnaire, providing materials, and approving drafts promptly. Delays on your side extend your contract period by the length of the delay and are not grounds for a refund.

If we have sent you a draft for approval and you have not responded for 15 days, we will send a final written notice giving you a further 5 business days. If we still hear nothing, we may treat the draft as approved and publish it as sent, so that your placement is delivered rather than left to expire. You can stop this at any time by replying.

Refunds are issued only under the money-back guarantee, when we have not published a placement or guaranteed deliverable you commissioned by the end of your contract period. Membership fees, retainer program fees, add-on fees for services already performed, and charges already processed are not refunded except where these terms say otherwise. You acknowledge and agree to this policy in full when you buy any of our services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded.

The speed of writing, editing and publication depends on how quickly you answer our questionnaire and respond to drafts. Delays caused by back and forth in the writing process, or by public holidays, in your first month are caught up in your second month and are not grounds for a refund or chargeback.

If, after a good-faith effort to work with you, you have not provided sign-off, edits or replies to our emails, no refund is issued. If a publication requires changes you find unacceptable, we substitute a publication of equivalent standing for that story.

If you are unhappy with a draft, tell us the changes you want and we make them within the included revision round. We do not refund for dissatisfaction with content or writing style, or because you choose to write your own stories. The collaborative drafting process exists to get the story right before it runs.

If you withhold information about an active criminal or civil matter, or cannot provide supporting evidence for claims made in your story, and a publication declines to publish as a result, we make reasonable efforts to place the story elsewhere. No refund is due where the information you provided is incomplete, misleading or cannot be verified.

If a published story is removed within 6 months of publication for reasons other than your conduct, we republish it or substitute a publication of equivalent standing at no charge. Beyond 6 months, or where removal results from your conduct, our obligation was fulfilled on publication and delivery of your report, and no refund applies if the story is later taken down or the publication ceases to exist. Where we republish, the story carries a new publication date and URL; the original cannot be recreated.

Membership and program fees already processed are non-refundable. If your cancellation is not received before your next billing date and the fee is processed, that period is not refunded, and you keep your membership or program service until the end of it.

No refund is issued because a publication is a regional or international edition, a subsidiary of a .com brand, or on a country-specific domain or subdomain, or because of the contributor's country of origin, provided the edition matches your proposal or a substitution we notified you of. Ask before you commission if any of these matter to you. See the publication list with examples.

Publications decide how their content is labelled and displayed, and they can change it at any time through an internal editorial decision. That includes adding or changing a sponsored, partner or branded content designation, often without notice to us. No refund, replacement or credit is issued on that basis, provided your story ran on the publication and edition in your proposal or a substitution we notified you of. See Sponsored labels, branded content and how stories are displayed.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, accidental purchase, medical conditions, or any other reason that prevents you from engaging after payment.

Some publications permit authored or contributor stories and others do not, and their policies can change without notice. We do not guarantee a specific byline, or an author with particular expertise or publication history. No refund is provided on the basis of author selection or attribution. Where a publisher changes its policy on authored stories, we substitute a publication of equivalent standing.

Wikipedia engagements are non-refundable if we publish stories about you and your Wikipedia page is later amended or deleted. Wikipedia is crowd-sourced, with strict notability guidelines and an active editor community outside our control. If your page is deleted we substitute a Wikitia page, but no refund applies.

If you instruct us to write about a topic we do not cover (see Prohibited topics below), we suggest permitted alternatives, but no refund is issued.

Raise any billing dispute with us first, and we will resolve it under these terms. If you charge back a payment and succeed in reversing it, you agree that we may request removal of any story published about you, your company or your brand under that payment, and that you must stop using the related publication logos. Any amount reversed that these terms say is payable remains a debt owed to us.

After payment we send a questionnaire to gather background on what you want us to write, how you want it written and how your brand speaks. We then send you a publication plan with a proposed headline and angle for each placement you have commissioned. Once you approve the plan, we write your stories, share them in an editable format, and publish on your approval, starting with the fastest publications. Links to published stories are sent within 2 to 5 business days of publication.

Most clients pick an attention-grabbing topic about their business. If you are not sure, ask us. Our team has experience in shaping angles that attract readers and perform well on the publications you have chosen.

Tell us the changes you want. We always share stories in an editable format, and you are free to change the article, make edits or change links yourself at no charge.

Each story includes one draft and one round of edits. If you edit or rewrite the draft yourself there is no extra charge. If you ask us to start a story again from scratch beyond the included round, a rewrite fee of US$200 per story applies, payable on invoice. If you need a story published within 4 weeks of commissioning, the expedited delivery add-on applies (see Add-ons).

Publications impose editorial standards on the stories we place.

Headline requirements

• At least 6 to 8 words, excluding prepositions and articles.
• Must include the company name or the spokesperson or author's name.
• No personal pronouns (I, me, my, we, us, our, you, your, them, their).
• No exclamation marks or quotation marks.
• Must not read like an advertisement. Pricing and product specifications belong in the subheadline or body.

Body copy requirements

• Written in the third person. First person and second person are not permitted except inside quotations.
• Cannot mention Baden Bower in the headline or body.
• Cannot denigrate Baden Bower's reputation or good standing.

Your responsibility for the information you approve

You warrant that you hold all permissions needed to disclose the information you approve for publication, including information about current or former employers, clients, partners and third parties. Baden Bower is not liable for any dispute between you and a third party arising from information you approved, and we cannot guarantee that a publication will edit or remove a story after it has run.

We do not write about:

• Misleading or deceptive information, including fake news or hoaxes.
• Offensive or inappropriate content, including hate speech, derogatory language, or content promoting violence or intolerance.
• Illegal activities, or instructions for engaging in them.
• Personal or confidential information published without consent.
• Unsupported medical or health claims, including miracle cures or unapproved drugs.
• Specific financial or investment advice without proper disclaimers, or misleading financial promotions.
• Adult content.
• Overtly political, religious or extremist content.
• Spam, or content that is purely promotional without substantive information.
• Libellous, defamatory or slanderous material.

If you buy a service intending us to write about any of these topics, we suggest permitted topics instead, but no refund is issued.

Most Baden Bower articles index in Google, particularly in Google News. To get the most from your coverage, link your publication logos and articles from your homepage, landing pages and social profiles. We provide guidance on doing this in a search-friendly way after we deliver your publication report. Rankings themselves are not guaranteed.

Yes. You can ask about the publication format, domain, subdomain, placement on the site and edition at any time before publication, and we will answer. Once an article is published we cannot change the content, language, links or format for issues we were not told about in advance, so raise any concerns before you approve publication.

You receive a publication report with the logo and direct link for every placement. Baden Bower's service is paid promotion. Most articles index in search results, but some publications make articles hard to find without a direct link. Most clients link their logos and articles from their homepage, landing pages and social profiles to build trust and credibility.

Articles stay live for a minimum of 6 months and typically remain published for years. A small number of publications remove or archive articles after a period, and we tell you where that applies before you commission. See "If a published story is later removed" under Refund policy for what happens if a story comes down.

Some publications permit authored or contributor stories. The catalogue shows the format of each listing, and we confirm which of your chosen publications allow authorship during onboarding. If a publisher changes its guidelines on authored stories, we substitute another publication of equivalent standing.

Most of our publications provide followed backlinks and the catalogue flags which do. Some do not, and some change their policy after publication, which we cannot control. No refund is issued if a followed link later becomes nofollow. Nofollow links still drive referral traffic and build brand authority; the placement on a high-authority publication is what matters.

The catalogue flags whether each listing carries a sponsored or partner label. Many of our publications run stories without one. That flag reflects the publication's practice when you commission the placement. It is not a promise about how the publication will present your story.

Each publication decides for itself how its content is displayed, and it can change that at any time, before or after your story runs, as an internal editorial decision and often without telling us. Changes of this kind include adding, removing, rewording or making more prominent a sponsored, partner, branded content, contributor or advertorial label or disclaimer; moving a story to a different section, subdomain or URL; and changing the byline, layout, design, headline treatment or images.

These changes are outside our control. No refund, replacement or credit is issued because of them, whether or not the publication gave us notice, provided your story was published on the publication and edition set out in your proposal or a substitution we notified you of. A change in how a publication displays its content does not make that publication unavailable (see If a publication becomes unavailable). If the publication removes your story altogether, the terms under If a published story is later removed apply instead. Where we learn of a change before your story runs, we tell you.

Every story carries its actual publication date. We do not backdate or post-date stories, and we do not alter a publication date after a story has run. Where a removed story is republished, it carries a new publication date and URL; the original cannot be recreated.

In some cases elements of a story can be changed after publication for an additional fee. For Business Insider, Associated Press, Yahoo Finance and other wire-syndicated outlets, no element of the story can be changed once published.

Baden Bower delivers full features in the regional editions of Forbes listed in the catalogue, currently Forbes Asia Pacific, Forbes Mena, Forbes Bahrain, Forbes Denmark and Forbes Georgia. Each is a separate listing at its own price, is named in full in your proposal, and is never described as Forbes.com or a US Forbes feature. Other Forbes editions are available only by written proposal.

These publications, and other wire-syndicated outlets, require stories written in press release format announcing a corporate milestone, notable hire or company achievement, and they carry special editorial requirements. For example, you cannot promote an individual or a blockchain project. We tell you where these requirements apply before drafting begins. Wire-distributed press releases are not suitable as evidence in a visa petition; see Visa publicity below.

Most of our fashion and lifestyle placements, including Vogue, Elle, Harper's Bazaar, GQ, Glamour, L'Officiel and Marie Claire, are published through international editions that rank strongly in the US. Each edition is a separate catalogue listing at its own price, and your proposal names the exact edition.

Some titles, including Time, Fortune, Wired, The Hollywood Reporter, Teen Vogue and Forbes Australia, carry substantially higher publisher charges and sit in the catalogue at correspondingly higher prices. They are priced individually like every other listing and are not included in any membership fee or story pack unless your proposal says so.

• No representation on visa outcomes. Baden Bower makes no representation that any applicant will be granted a visa by USCIS, the UK Home Office or any other authority. Our guarantee extends only to publication of the stories you commission.
• Scope. We write and place articles intended to evidence your original contributions and notability, published in reputable publications. We do not furnish expert testimonies or support letters, letters from publications outlining their selection criteria, or documentation evidencing that others have implemented your work, such as contracts, licences or patents.
• Formats and dates. Wire-distributed press releases and sponsored-label placements are not suitable as visa evidence, and we tell you before you commission one for that purpose. Every article carries its actual publication date; we do not backdate or post-date articles.
• Story packs and timing. Visa story packs are priced as set out in your proposal and are governed by these terms. Publications in a visa story pack are chosen from those the catalogue marks as suitable for visa evidence. Because applicants often ask us to hold stories until their filing timetable is settled, the contract period for a single visa placement is 120 days and for a visa story pack 12 months (see Money-back guarantee), and a hold you request extends that period.
• Revisions. One complete rewrite of any article is included at no charge. Further complete rewrites are US$200 per revision, payable on invoice.
• Time-sensitive requests. Publication within 4 weeks of commissioning carries the expedited delivery fee of US$500 per article (see Add-ons).
• Availability and republication. We cannot guarantee that a third-party publication keeps an article online indefinitely. If an article has been removed at the time of your filing, we offer to republish it. Republication produces a new publication date and URL; the original cannot be recreated.
• Disclosure. You guarantee that you hold all permissions needed to disclose the information you approve for publication, including employment-related information. Baden Bower is not liable for disputes between you and a current or former employer arising from information you approved.

1. Collaboration on content. You and Baden Bower plan and approve the placement of your clients' articles and television segments together, and you approve every placement in advance.
2. No guarantee of specific placements. Baden Bower cannot guarantee that a specific publication, or a certain number of publications meeting your requirements, will be available at any given time. The money-back guarantee applies to each placement once commissioned.
3. Creative control. Both parties have approval rights over content. Media outlets may modify content, and Baden Bower is not liable for those changes.
4. Right to reject or terminate. Baden Bower may reject content or end a placement where it poses legal, financial or reputational risk or breaches a publication's policies.
5. Change requests to an agreed scope of work are at your expense and must be agreed in writing.
6. Fees. You pay Baden Bower as set out in your proposal or as notified. Non-payment is a breach of agreement, and Baden Bower may request removal of published articles and suspend service until payment is made.
7. Confidentiality. You keep our proprietary information, including catalogue pricing, confidential unless we give written permission to share it.
8. Intellectual property. Baden Bower retains rights to the materials it creates. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use your and your clients' creative materials and trademarks for the purpose of securing placements.
9. Writing. Agency pricing excludes our writing service. Written and edited stories for your clients are US$100 per story of up to 600 words, including one round of edits, payable on invoice.
10. Termination. Either party may end the agency arrangement on written notice. You remain responsible for all fees due up to the termination date, and commissioned placements are delivered or refunded under the money-back guarantee.

• By using, browsing or reading the website you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the website.
• Review Rumble Ltd may review and change these terms by updating this page. We use reasonable endeavours to notify you of material changes. Changes take effect from the date of publication and do not reduce the rights you hold under a term or placement already paid for. Keep a copy of the terms current at the time you buy.

• To access our services you complete the contact form so your details are recorded in our CRM. You warrant that all information you give us is accurate, correct and current, and that what you want to promote is lawful.
• You may not use our services if you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with Review Rumble Ltd, or if you are barred from receiving them under applicable law.
• You use the website and services only for permitted purposes, do not share login credentials, do not use them for illegal or unauthorised purposes, and accept that automated use of the website is prohibited.

• Payment may be made by credit card or direct debit (processed by our payment provider, currently Stripe), electronic funds transfer where we offer it, or USDT by prior arrangement. By paying through a provider you agree to that provider's own terms.
• Publisher Access membership fees are billed monthly. Retainer program fees are billed monthly, quarterly or annually as chosen in your proposal. One-off placements, story packs and add-ons are billed when you commission them.
• If the person accepting these terms is not the cardholder of the payment method provided, that person warrants that the cardholder has authorised the payment and agrees to be bound by these terms, and the signer and cardholder are jointly and severally liable for all amounts due.
• Review Rumble Ltd may vary its fees at any time for new purchases. Fees for a term or placement already paid for are not changed.

• The website, our services and all related products of Review Rumble Ltd are protected by copyright under the laws of the British Virgin Islands and international treaties. All rights are owned by or reserved to Review Rumble Ltd or its contributors.
• Review Rumble Ltd grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable licence, while you are a member, to use the website in accordance with these terms, to cache it on your device and to print pages for personal, non-commercial use.
• Once a story you commissioned is published, you may share, link to and quote it, and use the publication logo as set out under Logo usage rights. Copyright in the published article rests with the publication or with Review Rumble Ltd as the publication's terms provide.
• The terms of any proposal, quote or agreement between us are confidential, including catalogue pricing and member pricing. Neither party discloses them to a third party without the other's written consent, except to professional advisers or as required by law.

• Each of you and Baden Bower warrants to the other that you will comply with applicable privacy legislation and all other relevant laws, and that you hold all consents needed to perform your obligations under these terms.
• Each party represents that it has full power and authority to enter into and perform these terms, and that doing so has been duly authorised.
• Information you provide through the website or our services is handled under Review Rumble Ltd's Privacy Policy.

• Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any guarantee, warranty, representation or condition implied or imposed by law, including consumer law, which by law cannot be limited or excluded.
• Subject to that, use of the website and services is at your own risk. Everything is provided "as is" and "as available", and all warranties not expressly stated in these terms are excluded.
• Review Rumble Ltd's total liability arising out of or in connection with the services or these terms, however arising, is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Review Rumble Ltd, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors and licensors are not liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss, including loss of profit, loss of goodwill or business reputation, or any other intangible loss, however caused.

• You may end your relationship with us by cancelling your membership or retainer program under the cancellation terms above. Placements already commissioned are delivered or refunded under the money-back guarantee.
• Review Rumble Ltd may terminate these terms with you if you breach any provision, if we are required to do so by law, or if providing the services to you is no longer commercially viable. Where we terminate for our own convenience rather than for your breach, we refund any placement not yet delivered and any membership or program fee paid for a period after the termination date.
• We may suspend or deny access to the website or services without notice if you breach these terms or applicable law, or if your conduct damages Review Rumble Ltd's name or reputation or violates the rights of another party.
• You indemnify Review Rumble Ltd, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors and licensors against all actions, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, expenses, loss and damage, including legal fees on a full indemnity basis, arising out of or in connection with your content, your use of the website or services, or any breach of these terms.

• If a dispute arises, either party must first give written notice to the other setting out the nature of the dispute, the outcome sought and the action required to settle it. Neither party commences court or tribunal proceedings until this process has been followed, except to seek urgent interlocutory relief.
• Within 14 days of that notice the parties negotiate in good faith to resolve the dispute. If it is unresolved after 14 days, the parties agree a mediator or ask Review Rumble Ltd to appoint one. Mediation is held by video conference, the parties share the mediator's fees equally and each bears its own costs. All communications in the process are confidential and without prejudice.
• If 30 days have passed after the start of mediation and the dispute is unresolved, either party may ask the mediator to end the mediation.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or our services is resolved by mediation or arbitration in the British Virgin Islands, and the courts of the British Virgin Islands have exclusive jurisdiction over any court proceedings.

• Both parties confirm that these terms are fair and reasonable, that each has had the opportunity to obtain independent legal advice, and that the terms are not against public policy on grounds of inequality of bargaining power or restraint of trade.
• If any part of these terms is found void or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that part is severed and the rest remains in full force.
