Please read and ask us any questions about the points specified on this page before purchasing any service on Baden Bower. By purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which govern the terms of our relationship.

Baden Bower offers two plan types for each package:

• Monthly Plan: A recurring month-to-month subscription with no minimum commitment. Baden Bower will work to publish stories on your Publication List during your subscription. There is no guarantee that all publications will be completed, as delivery depends on the duration of your subscription. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
• Yearly Plan: A 12-month commitment billed upfront at a 50% discount compared to the Monthly Plan rate. Under a Yearly Plan, Baden Bower guarantees to publish every story on your pre-agreed Publication List within a reasonable time following the conclusion of the 12-month term (see Money-Back Guarantee below for full details).

We accept payment by credit card, direct debit, and USDT for WEB3 clients. We accept a number of currencies including USD, AUD, CAD, GBP, Euro, and other currencies upon request.

• Articles will be live on the publication's website for a minimum of 6 months.
• Our publications appear in the USA, UK, Europe, or Canada, unless otherwise stated.
• Each news story is unique and will be different for each publication to avoid duplicate content, unless otherwise stated to you in writing.

The Rankings Package includes placement in high domain authority publications selected for their effectiveness in boosting search engine rankings and increasing the likelihood of citation by AI systems including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Grok.

• Yearly Plan: $1,950 USD per month, billed upfront at $23,400 for 12 months.
• Monthly Plan: $3,900 USD per month, billed monthly.

The specific publications included depend on the category selected by the Client (e.g. General, Tech, Property, Entertainment, Crypto, or Finance). The pre-agreed Publication List is presented at the time of purchase.

The Logos Package includes placement in globally recognised, iconic media publications. The primary purpose of this Package is to provide you with the right to display publication logos ("As Featured In") on your website, social media, email signature, LinkedIn, and other marketing collateral.

• Yearly Plan: $3,000 USD per month, billed upfront at $36,000 for 12 months.
• Monthly Plan: $6,000 USD per month, billed monthly.

The specific publications included depend on the category selected by the Client (e.g. Business, Fashion, Tech, Property, Entertainment, Crypto, Finance, Travel, Sensitive, Political, or Luxury). The pre-agreed Publication List is presented at the time of purchase.

The Territory Package includes placement in publications specific to your local or national market. Publications are selected based on your geographic region and are designed to saturate local media coverage within that market.

• Yearly Plan: $4,000 USD per month, billed upfront at $48,000 for 12 months.
• Monthly Plan: $8,000 USD per month, billed monthly.

The specific publications included depend on the region selected by the Client (e.g. US, UK, Middle East, or Australia). The pre-agreed Publication List is presented at the time of purchase.

You may purchase multiple packages simultaneously. The combined Yearly Plan rate for all three packages (Rankings, Logos, and Territory) is $8,950 USD per month, billed upfront at $107,400 for 12 months.

Combined Monthly Plan rates are the sum of the individual monthly rates for each selected package.

Each package includes a pre-agreed Publication List presented to you at the time of purchase. The specific publications included depend on the package and category selected.

• Baden Bower will use commercially reasonable efforts to publish stories in each publication on your Publication List.
• Publication schedules may be influenced by factors outside Baden Bower's reasonable control, including editorial calendars, publication availability, content approval timelines, and third-party editorial discretion.
• Depending on the package selected, certain publications (including but not limited to Forbes, Vanity Fair, Vogue, Rolling Stone, and Fast Company) may be delivered through global networks and regional editions. Your feature may be published on a masthead in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, or Asia-Pacific (for example, Forbes Liechtenstein, Vanity Fair Germany, Variety Sweden, or Vogue Sweden). All articles are published in English.

• Upon publication, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the relevant publication logos for the purpose of displaying "As Featured In" or equivalent social proof on your website, social media profiles, email signatures, LinkedIn, and marketing collateral.
• This licence remains in effect for so long as the underlying published story remains live and accessible. If a story is removed by the publication for any reason, you must cease using the corresponding logo within 30 days of receiving notice from Baden Bower.
• You must not alter, modify, or distort any publication logo. Logos must be used in the form provided or as they appear on the publication's own website.

Baden Bower does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, AI citation frequency, or traffic outcomes resulting from any placement. Rankings, AI citations, and traffic are influenced by third-party algorithms and factors outside Baden Bower's control.

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or government charges, which are the responsibility of the Client.

Baden Bower reserves the right to adjust Monthly Plan pricing with 30 days' written notice. If you do not accept the adjusted pricing, you may cancel effective at the end of the current billing month. Yearly Plan pricing is locked for the duration of the 12-month term.

The Money-Back Guarantee applies exclusively to Yearly Plan clients.

If Baden Bower fails to publish all stories on your Publication List within a reasonable time following the conclusion of the 12-month term (an additional period of up to 60 days to allow for any outstanding editorial or scheduling delays), you are entitled to a remedy as follows:

• Full non-delivery: If Baden Bower fails to publish any stories on the Publication List within the guarantee period, you are entitled to a full refund of the upfront payment.
• Partial non-delivery: If Baden Bower publishes some but not all stories on the Publication List within the guarantee period, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund calculated as: (number of unpublished stories ÷ total number of stories on the Publication List) × total upfront payment.

To claim under the Money-Back Guarantee, you must provide written notice to Baden Bower within 30 days of the expiry of the guarantee period. Claims not received within this period are deemed waived.

The Money-Back Guarantee does not apply where non-delivery is caused by:

1. Your failure to provide required information, approvals, or content within a reasonable time after request.
2. Your request to delay, pause, or modify the publication schedule.
3. Your early termination of the Yearly Plan (see Cancellation Policy below).
4. Circumstances beyond Baden Bower's reasonable control, including but not limited to changes in publication policies, editorial refusals unrelated to content quality, or force majeure events.

Refunds under the Money-Back Guarantee will be processed within 30 business days of a valid claim being accepted.

Some subscriptions come with a "Page 1 Rankings Guarantee." The condition is that you subscribe for a minimum term of 12 months and post content on your website as we specify, which we will link to in the news stories we publish. If we fail to achieve page 1 rankings for relevant keywords pertaining to your company or brand, we will continue working for free until we do.

• We require your timely engagement to deliver publications by the agreed due date. This includes responding to requests for information, providing required materials, and approving drafts promptly.
• If delays occur due to client non-responsiveness, Baden Bower reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to write and publish a story on your behalf in any of the available publications listed at badenbower.com/available-options or as set out in your contract.

You may cancel a Monthly Plan at any time by providing written notice to Baden Bower. Please fill out this form or email us prior to your next billing date.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. No further charges will be applied after the effective cancellation date.
• No refunds are issued for any portion of the current billing month in which cancellation notice is given. You will continue to receive services until the end of that billing month.
• Baden Bower will deliver a pro-rata number of news stories corresponding to the time you have been subscribed.
• Upon termination, the Parties will have no further obligations to each other.

You may terminate a Yearly Plan prior to the expiry of the 12-month term by providing written notice to Baden Bower. Early termination constitutes a breach of contract. Upon early termination:

1. Baden Bower will immediately cease all work on your account, including any stories in progress or pending publication.
2. No further stories will be published after the date of termination.
3. No refund will be issued for any portion of the upfront payment, whether or not all stories on the Publication List have been delivered at the time of termination.
4. No additional fees, penalties, or amounts will be owed by either party beyond the original upfront payment already made.

For clarity, early termination results in a clean break: work stops, nothing further is owed by you, and no refund is issued for the balance of the term.

If you are in breach of our agreement, we will take screenshots of your published news stories as evidence that we executed our responsibilities and request their removal.

If you cancel after the initial 12-month term has concluded, we will write, edit, and publish a pro-rata number of news stories corresponding to the average monthly volume contracted under your subscription. Upon termination, the Parties will have no further obligations to each other.

You can pause your Baden Bower subscription during your fixed term. The pause is referred to as a "Time Freeze" and can be done for a maximum of 8 weeks. Your Minimum or Initial Term is extended by the duration of the Time Freeze, and there is a cost of $9.95/day to initiate the freeze. Fill out this form to initiate a Time Freeze.

Any unused news stories must be utilised within one (1) year from the date of engagement with Baden Bower, or — for retainer clients — within one (1) year from the date of the final payment made under their retainer agreement. It is the responsibility of the client to plan and utilise their allocated stories within this timeframe. Baden Bower will provide reminders and assistance, but the ultimate responsibility rests with the client.

Refunds (in part or in full) are only considered if we are unable to fulfil our contractual obligation to publish your news story or stories. For Yearly Plan clients, see the Money-Back Guarantee under Guarantees above for specific refund entitlements. This Refund Policy must be read in its entirety and you acknowledge and agree to all of it upon purchasing any of our services.

The speed of writing, editing, and publication depends on how quickly you answer our questionnaire and respond to initial drafts. You agree that delays caused by back-and-forth or public holidays in Month 1 will be caught up in Month 2 and will not be grounds for a refund or chargeback.

If, after making a good faith effort to work with you, you have not provided sign-off, edits, or replied to our emails, then no refund will be issued. If a publication requires changes you deem unacceptable, we will find another publication to publish your news story.

We do not entertain requests for full or partial refunds in the event that you are dissatisfied with the content we submit or if you opt to compose your own news stories. We strongly encourage you to engage collaboratively with us during the drafting process.

If you withhold information about an active criminal or civil case which leads to a publication not publishing, we will make reasonable efforts to publish on alternate news sites. You are not entitled to a refund in such cases.

Baden Bower does not offer refunds if the news story is published, goes live, a report is sent to you, and subsequently the story is taken down by the publication or the website ceases to exist. Baden Bower has fulfilled its obligation at the point of publication.

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable and must be cancelled prior to your next billing date. No refunds are issued for partial membership periods or unused article credits, but we will honour all deliverables pro-rata for the time in which you pay us.

No refund will be issued because you are unhappy that a publication is a subsidiary site of the .com brand, or because of the country of origin of the contributor. The full list with examples is located here.

Refunds will not be provided for accidental purchases, medical conditions, or any reason that prevents engagement after payment.

We do not guarantee specific author bylines or authors with particular expertise or publication history. Some publications permit authored stories while others do not — these policies may change without notice. No refunds will be provided based on dissatisfaction with author selection or attribution.

Wikipedia engagements are non-refundable if we publish news stories about you and your Wikipedia page is subsequently deleted. Wikipedia is crowd-sourced and has strict content and notability guidelines outside our control. We will substitute a Wikitia page in such cases, but no refund will be issued.

If you instruct us to write about topics we do not cover, we will suggest permitted alternatives but no refunds will be issued. See "Prohibited Topics" below for the full list.

If you cancel a Yearly Plan prior to the end of the 12-month term, no refund will be issued for any portion of the upfront payment. Early termination constitutes a breach of contract and work ceases immediately. See Cancellation & Pausing above for full details.

We send a questionnaire after payment is received to gather background on what you want us to write, how you want it written, and to understand your brand. We have a team of highly credentialed writers and editors who will do their best to align with your expectations in every case.

Our clients usually pick an attention-grabbing topic about their business. If you're not sure, you can reach out to us for help. Our team has experience in crafting angles that attract readers and perform well on publications.

Simply let us know the changes you want by communicating them directly to us. We will always share the news stories with you in an editable format. You are free to change the article, make edits, or change links as you like.

Our writing service is limited to one draft and one round of edits for each news story. If you want us to start again, additional fees apply. If you rewrite the article yourself or insert changes directly, you will not be charged anything further.

Headline requirements:

• Minimum 6–8 words (excluding prepositions and articles)
• Must include the company name or spokesperson/author name
• Cannot contain personal pronouns (I, Me, My, We, Us, Our, You, Your, Them, Their)
• Cannot contain an exclamation point or quotation marks
• Should not read like an advertisement — pricing and product specs belong in the sub-headline or body

Body copy requirements:

• Must be written in the third person — first person (I, We, Our) and second person (You, Your) are not permitted except in quotations
• Cannot mention Baden Bower in the headline or body copy
• Cannot denigrate Baden Bower's reputation or good standing

• Misleading or Deceptive Information: Content that is knowingly false or misleading, including fake news or hoaxes.
• Offensive or Inappropriate Content: Material that is offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate, including hate speech or content promoting violence.
• Illegal Activities: Any content that promotes illegal activities or provides instructions on engaging in illegal actions.
• Personal and Confidential Information: Publishing personal, confidential, or proprietary information without consent.
• Medical and Health Claims: Unsupported medical claims related to unapproved drugs or misleading health advice.
• Financial and Investment Advice: Content offering specific financial advice without proper disclaimers or that could constitute misleading financial promotions.
• Adult Content: Adult content or pornography is prohibited.
• Political or Religious Bias: Overtly political or religious content, especially if controversial or extremist in nature.
• Spam and Irrelevant Content: Material that is overly promotional without substantive information.
• Libelous, Defamatory, or Slanderous Material.

We provide a publication plan with headlines and matching publications. Once approved, we write your stories. When you give approval to publish, we publish starting with the fastest publications and concluding with the slowest — after which we send you live links within 2–5 business days.

The majority of Baden Bower articles rank in Google, particularly in Google News. To maximise visibility, integrate your publication links and logos into your website in an SEO-friendly manner. Baden Bower provides guidance on this after delivering your publication report.

We have an extensive list of .com news sites but also work with international subsidiaries. Some publications are .com; others are country-specific subsidiary sites. Our inventory changes frequently. If you are concerned about the URL format, domain, or subdomain, please ask us before publication.

Yes. You have every right to ask questions about the publication format, domain, subdomain, or placement prior to publication. Once an article is published, we cannot change the content, language, links, or format. If you have concerns, raise them before giving your approval to publish.

You will receive a publication report with the logo and direct link for each placement. Baden Bower's service is paid promotion — while the majority of articles index in search results, some publications make articles difficult to find without a direct link. Most clients link their logos and articles from their homepage, landing pages, and social media to maximise trust and credibility.

Articles typically remain published for months or years. In some cases — such as Marketwatch — publishers may remove articles within 3–6 months. Provided we succeed in publishing your news story, there will be no refund if the story is later removed.

Some publishers permit authored or contributor publication. We will advise which publications allow this during your onboarding call. If a publisher changes its guidelines on authored posts, we will utilise another publication in its stead.

Most of our publications provide followed backlinks. Some do not, and some change their policy over time. We have limited control over this. No refunds are issued if a followed link becomes nofollow after publication. Nofollow links still drive referral traffic and build brand authority — the most important consideration is placement on a high-authority publication.

We have an extensive list of organic or discretely sponsored publications. However, publications can change their disclaimer policies at any time after publication. You will not be entitled to a refund if a publication later introduces or makes more prominent a disclaimer, as this is outside our control.

In some cases it may be possible to change elements of a story once published for an additional fee. However, in the case of Business Insider, Associated Press, Yahoo Finance, and the outlets in our 500 News Outlet offer, we cannot change any element of the story once published.

Baden Bower delivers full features in Forbes Georgia, Mexico, or Israel (through our brand voice partnership), which rank in the US. For Entrepreneur, we offer the UK or Indian editions through .com. Entrepreneur APAC and US editions are available at additional cost.

These publications require news stories written in press release format, announcing a corporate milestone, notable hire, or company achievement. Special editorial requirements apply — for example, you cannot be promoting an individual or a blockchain project.

The majority of our fashion publications are US-based, although some of our most popular placements are via international subsidiaries which rank strongly in the US. In particular, Elle, Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, GQ, Glamour, L'Officiel, and Marie Claire are published via international subsidiaries.

Vogue (online subsidiary editions in English), Time Magazine, Fortune, Forbes Middle East, Forbes Australia, Wired, TechCrunch, Hollywood Reporter, Bon Appétit, Glamour, Allure, Teen Vogue, VentureBeat, and Condé Nast Traveler are excluded from all standard Baden Bower plans. Clients wishing to appear in any of these titles must purchase a one-off upgrade fee, as each publisher imposes substantially higher editorial and syndication charges than other outlets.

• No Representation of Visa Approval: Baden Bower makes no representations that the client will be granted a visa. Our guarantee extends only to the publication of stories that can help applicants prove their extraordinary notability.
• Draft Article Revisions: Baden Bower agrees to perform up to one complete rewrite of any article at no additional charge. Further revisions are subject to a fee of $200 per revision, payable via this secure link.
• Rush Fee: Clients requesting publication within a 4-week timeline are subject to a rush fee of $500 per article, payable via this secure link.
• Baden Bower specialises in creating articles for submission to USCIS as evidence of the beneficiary's original contributions pertinent to EB-1A petitions. Our scope does not extend to testimonies, support letters from experts, letters from publications outlining selection criteria, or documentation evidencing implementation of the beneficiary's work by others.
• Article Availability: If an article has been taken down at the time of visa filing, Baden Bower will offer to republish it. Note that republication will result in a new publication date and URL.
• Client Responsibility: The client guarantees they have obtained all necessary permissions to disclose any information Baden Bower writes about them. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to disclose employment-related information.

1. Collaboration on Content: You and Baden Bower will collaborate on planning and approving the placement of your articles and TV segments. You must approve placements in advance.
2. No Guarantees on Placements: Baden Bower cannot guarantee specific placements or the availability of a certain number of placements that meet your requirements.
3. Creative Control: Both parties have mutual approval rights over all content. However, media outlets might modify this content and Baden Bower is not liable for these changes.
4. Right to Reject or Terminate: Baden Bower can reject any content or end placements at its discretion if it believes the content poses legal, financial, or reputational risks.
5. Fees: Non-payment constitutes a breach of agreement and Baden Bower will have the right to remove all published articles immediately.
6. Confidentiality: You agree to keep all proprietary information confidential unless you have written permission from Baden Bower to share it.
7. Intellectual Property: Baden Bower retains rights to any materials it creates. You grant Baden Bower a non-exclusive licence to use your creative materials and trademarks for securing placements.
8. Writing: The Agency subscription excludes our writing service. Writing and editing for your clients costs $100 USD per story (up to 600 words, including one round of edits). Purchase here.
9. Legal Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and resolve any disputes through mediation or arbitration in the British Virgin Islands.

• Our website is www.badenbower.com. We trade as Baden Bower however the Website is operated by Review Rumble Ltd, a company validly incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (BVI 2008725).
• By using, browsing and/or reading the Website, you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease usage of the Website immediately.
• Review Rumble Ltd reserves the right to review and change any of the Terms by updating this page at its sole discretion. Any changes take immediate effect from the date of their publication.

• You accept these Terms by remaining on the Website and/or purchasing a one-off service or subscription.
• To access the Services, you must fill out the Contact Us form so your details are recorded in our CRM. You warrant that all information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.
• You may not use the Services if you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with Review Rumble Ltd, or if you are barred from receiving the Services under applicable laws.
• You will use the Services only for permitted purposes, will not share your login credentials, will not use the Services for illegal or unauthorised purposes, and acknowledge that any automated use of the Website is prohibited.

• Payment may be made by EFT, Credit Card, or USDT via Payoneer, Stripe, PayPal, or similar.
• If you charge back and succeed in reversing any charge, you agree that we will remove any news stories published about you or your company and/or brand.
• If the individual executing this Agreement is not the cardholder of the payment method provided, the Signer warrants that the cardholder has authorised this use and that both the Signer and cardholder are jointly and severally liable for all amounts due.
• Review Rumble Ltd can vary Fees at any time.

• The Website, the Services, and all related products of Review Rumble Ltd are subject to copyright under the laws of the British Virgin Islands and international treaties. All rights are owned by or reserved for Review Rumble Ltd or its contributors.
• Review Rumble Ltd grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable licence while you are a Member to use the Website pursuant to the Terms, copy and store the Website material in your device's cache memory, and print pages for personal and non-commercial use only.
• Review Rumble Ltd retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Website and all related Services. No rights are transferred to you by your use of the Website.
• The Parties acknowledge the terms of any contract or Agreement are confidential. No Party will disclose the terms to any third party without prior written consent of the other Party.

• Each of the Client and Baden Bower warrants to the other party that they will comply with Privacy Legislation and all other relevant legislation, and they have obtained all necessary consents to perform their obligations under this Agreement.
• Each party represents and warrants that it has full corporate power and authority to enter into, perform, and observe its obligations under this Agreement.
• Review Rumble Ltd takes your privacy seriously. Any information provided through your use of the Website and/or Services is subject to Review Rumble Ltd's Privacy Policy, available on the Website.

• Nothing in the Terms limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations, or conditions implied or imposed by law which by law may not be limited or excluded.
• Use of the Website and the Services is at your own risk. Everything is provided to you "as is" and "as available" without warranty or condition of any kind.
• Review Rumble Ltd's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services will not exceed the total amount paid by the Client under the relevant Package.
• Review Rumble Ltd, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including any loss of profit, loss of goodwill or business reputation, and any other intangible loss.

• If you want to terminate the Terms, you may do so by providing Review Rumble Ltd with 14 days' notice in writing or through our Cancellation Form.
• Review Rumble Ltd may at any time terminate the Terms with you if you have breached any provision, Review Rumble Ltd is required to do so by law, or the provision of the Services is no longer commercially viable.
• You agree to indemnify Review Rumble Ltd, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors, and licensors from and against all actions, suits, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, expenses, loss, and damage arising out of or in connection with your content, your use of the Website, and/or any breach of the Terms.

• If a dispute arises, either party must first give written notice to the other party detailing the nature of the dispute, the desired outcome, and the action required to settle it.
• On receipt of that notice, the Parties must within 14 days endeavour in good faith to resolve the dispute by negotiation. If unresolved, a mediator must be agreed upon or appointed. Mediation will be held via Zoom. All mediation communications are confidential and treated as "without prejudice."
• If 30 days have elapsed after the start of a mediation and the dispute has not been resolved, either Party may ask the mediator to terminate the mediation.
• The exclusive venue for resolving any dispute shall be in the courts of the British Virgin Islands. The Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands.

• Both parties confirm and declare that the provisions of the Terms are fair and reasonable and both parties have had the opportunity to obtain independent legal advice. The Terms are not against public policy on the grounds of inequality of bargaining power or general grounds of restraint of trade.
• If any part of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable by a Court of competent jurisdiction, that part shall be severed and the rest of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
