Month to month plans require an upfront fee of $1,000 to cover the costs of our journalist and editorial team, the time spent interviewing you and reviewing the answers to our questionnaire, preparing the publication and headline plan, writing your stories and meeting with your team to understand your brand voice.
We waive the Onboarding Fee for Yearly Plans.
Refunds are not offered unless we fail to write the number of stories we commit to in a month, noting that some publications and podcasts have unpredictable lead times. Refund policy is set out in our Terms and Conditions.
The number of features per month is an average. The number of features published in any given month may be influenced by the turnaround time of a particular publication, whether you provide instructions to us in a timely manner, or whether you approve publication. You will not be entitled to a refund because certain publications are delayed. Provided you don’t cancel or withhold consent to publish, we will catch up on delayed publications in subsequent months. If you cancel, provided we have written a draft of the stories committed in a month (even if they have not yet been published), we will cease publishing, and you will not be entitled to a refund.
