Refunds are not offered unless we fail to write the number of stories we commit to in a month, noting that some publications and podcasts have unpredictable lead times. Refund policy is set out in our Terms and Conditions.

All yearly plans include a total number of features that we will write and publish per year. We will endeavour to publish on a regular monthly cadence, but different publications have varying turn around times, so the number of published stories per month can vary.  The number of features published in any given month may be influenced by the turnaround time of a particular publication, whether you provide instructions to us in a timely manner, or whether you approve publication. You will not be entitled to a refund because certain publications are delayed, or a certain number of publications are not delivered in a particular month. Provided you don’t cancel or withhold consent to publish, we will catch up on delayed publications in subsequent months. If you cancel or charge back, provided we have written a draft of the stories committed in a month (even if they have not yet been published), we will cease publishing, and you will not be entitled to a refund.
